Best Pho I’ve had in a very, very long time. Owner could not have been more accommodating or friendly. Bathrooms and restaurant are meticulously clean.

The food was amazing, it had a good kick to it. And the bathrooms where also really good and it felt really clean considering it was a rest stop overall I would recommend it because the food was amazing

Small restaurant with limited seating, which is fine unless you have a large group. The food is ok. Passable but definitely not consistent with the high rating on Google. It is average at best and definitely doesn't measure up to the good places in East Van. My biggest issue however is how they set the tip at 18% when you pay by card. There was no option to change it. I am very turned off by the tipping culture in general and to mandate this percentage of tip from your custom is plain wrong. If $20 for a bowl of noodles or a plate of rice is not profitable, then set your prices accordingly. Do not try to rob me at the counter. I despise this practice of pure greed and will not return to this restaurant. I suggest that you stay away as well.
