Updated review 6/20/2024: This Pho Ha Noi location went downhill. The Cupertino and SJ locations are much better. We had the p1 pho bo dac biet $18.85. The broth was overly salty. My mouth had a weird salty taste the rest of the night. The a5 grilled pork rolls $11.25 were ok. Since we came in at 8:30pm, they were more concerned about getting us out the door. There's a mandatory 18% service charge, which is fine. But the wait staff is sure taking advantage of it and lazily do the bare minimum. I recommend going to their other locations instead.
Original review: It is a good thing they have air conditioning because I broke into a big sweat devouring my bowl of combo pho p1 $18.85 with a side of 1lb short rib $10. I was deliriously happy eating this. The broth in their San Jose location is better. But this is very close, needs more depth though. The noodles and meat were excellent. I came at 6pm on a Wednesday and there was a short wait. Service was excellent. The folks at Pho Ha Noi did a really good job at this new location. Such a beautiful restaurant and a pleasure to dine here.
The other locations are better in terms of taste, but they have a full bar here.
Won't serve you bean sprouts unless you ask for it.
No wi-fi and cell service is poor in this neighborhood.
They have a rotating lunch / dinner special. It's decent! 💯
Zero taste They ran out of the dish I ordered, so I got something else that the waiter recommended (picture). WORST THING ever. If you can boil 3 pieces of broccoli, a couple of mushroom and a quarter of a carrot, and tofu, put in over boiled rice, do it at home, don't go there. Zero taste for $20. I asked for something to give it taste and they brought some soy sauce The picture is of my plate when I left
