The noodles were great, very sticky with a great consistency and mouthfeel. The broth was not what I usually get but very pleasant in it's own unique way. The knifework on all the ingredients was very nice. The tripe was cut into small strips, and it made it very manageable and to my personal preference (sometimes other pho places might cut the tripe very large). The Tendon was very nice and presented very picturesque 1/2 inch cross section. The meatballs cut into slices was something I never knew I needed, as other places with quarter or halve them. You can really taste the care for the ingredients, and the care in how they are prepared. It took me moving a mile down the street to give the place a shot, but now that I've tried it, I really regret missing out on eating here sooner. Great work; I will eat here again enthusiastically.

Everything seemed very clean in the dining area and what I could see if the kitchen. The staff were super polite. The pho tasted delicious, the bean sprouts and basil were washed and fresh to top.

My favorite pho restaurant of all time. The beef banh mi and meatball pho are my favorites. They have house made chili crisp sauce that is so good. I have never had anything I did not like here. The staff is very kind and fast.
