False 0% sugar advertising.
On their drink menu they give you an option for sweetness level. I specified 0% sugar due to my diabetes.... And they lied, now I'm suffering the consequences with elevated sugar levels over 100 points due to their negligence.
I'm aware that their milk teas contain natural sugars as well as added sugars. But the lady taking my order said they can accommodate for my request... And now I'm feeling sick considering I only drank half of it.
So in the future when someone tells you they can't have sugar because of a legitimate dietary restriction, then offer a better option or just tell them you cant accommodate for those restrictions. Simple.
Not that it matters or not that they care but I now know to take my service elsewhere and I suggest you do as if you have any dietary restrictions..
Ordering delivery was super-easy and the food came fast, hot, and fresh.
I ordered the Shrimp & Pork Spring Roll which came wrapped in the most amazingly thin sheet of rice paper and had a delicious dipping sauce.
And the Chicken Pho Combo with Gyoza which was incredibly fresh and outstanding.
And always a favorite of mine, Vietnamese Coffee which was also great.
Outstanding fresh clean hot food at a great price. I highly recommend them!
