The spicy level on this bun Bo Hue is 🔥. My bf and I have been on the hunt for good BBH but didn't want to go to Portland. The Vietnamese restaurants in Vancouver tends to be a hit and miss and I take reviews from non Vietnamese p with a grain of salt. But I had to give this place a try because I read they're known for their BBH.
So me being Vietnamese, growing up in a traditional Vietnamese household back in San Jose - I have to say this place was better than I expected! The flavor and spice level was perfect. Customer service was attentive and not overbearing. My only recommendation is to add more meat and cha Lua to the BBH and it would have been perfect. But it's nice to know that there's a good restaurant not too far from where I live! I'll definitely come back and try their other items.
BBH is 4/5 but customer service bumps it to 5.
