Hey, hey, foodie friends. We are visiting Tacoma for a friend's wedding. We decided to stop at this little place to have a small bite to eat. Right at the get-go, the person behind the counter was not very welcoming. We had to ask where to sit. The service was more a fast food restaurant than a place to be sitting and enjoying your meal. The gentleman was not very pleasant, we only order a couple of appetizers and were told that we could not eat here and that we would have to take them to go, even though there was no one else in the restaurant. So this Pho V & V is getting only one (1) start for customer service.

Portions, although tasty, were VERY small. The only service we received was to deliver our waters and food. The atmosphere was very dingy. We were the only table at one o'clock on a friday.

I hate to give mediocre reviews, but I have been here a few times and my experience has been consistent.
Keep in mind this is the cheapest Pho you are likely to find in western Washington. It is the only place I’ve seen pho for under $10 since 2005. So you get what you pay for.
I’ve been really disappointed with the amount of meat in the chicken Pho 🍜
Noodles are also usually much more generous.
