I seldom write reviews or take surveys but this one deserves an exception. My AC unit died on a record breaking hot day. Within three days Phoenix sent a repair tech (Tyler) who did a very efficient job of trouble shooting and fixing my condenser.

There was a follow up call when the tech was on the way - the "heads up" was greatly appreciated..

The truck was modern and clean. Tyler was clean and courteous.

The price was reasonable and there was no up charge or bait and switch.

I would definitely recommend these guys for your repair or installation needs.
