Hands down a truly outstanding company, family friendly and they truly went above and beyond the call of duty. We used this company for our solar needs of a complete new install they did the job in a timely manner and answered all of our questions we had, they didn’t just answer them in a way that would benefit them I felt they gave honest pro con answers so we could make the best decisions for our solar needs. Shortly after the instal our hvac decided to stop working we did the right thing and called our home warranty company, they sent out a company called climate solutions to come see what the problem was. When that company came out they blamed it on Phoenix Solar Energy. And said we should get a real election to come fix the problem they made. So we informed the solar company of our situation someone quickly came to our house to investigate the problem and like we thought there was no said electric problem. So out of kindness today while it’s in the middle of a heat wave Logan from Phoenix Solar brought us a brand new AC unit to use while we wait for another company to come out. Good family people that honestly care for others this is the type of business we need here in Chico not ones that are going to blame their competitors. Every employee we have came across in this company is kind and knowledgeable and really seem to know what they are hired for. They are also extremely veteran friendly and campfire friendly!!

We bought a system outright july 2019. It is now december 2019 and we still do not have anything. Not even the holes drilled for insulation. They are terrible with communication and do not listen about where you want it located.
Its been over 5 months we gave them money in full and they are not in a hurry to get it installed. They won't pay our PG&E bill after they said we would have a working system in 6 weeks.
I am beyond unhappy with they way they run their business, and their unwillingness to get us what we paid for. I DO NOT recommend, and wish we could get our money back. Terrible experiance.

Working with Eric and Jared at Pheonix Solar Energy here in Chico has been an excellent experience thus far. They are incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and they work diligently to problem solve and get the job done.I met Eric and Jared a few months ago, and my initial impression was that we couldn’t afford solar energy. However, they both came up with an affordable plan that fit our budget, and will actually be cheaper than our projected annual utility bill. I was incredibly pleased with the tenacity that Eric and Jared showed in working on this project. All of my questions are answered thoroughly and quickly. The crew is up on the roof installing the system now, and they have been super polite and professional as well. Looking forward to giving an updated review once the system is up and running!
