Great customer service! Needed a new dishwasher and Harm and the team at Phoenix were knowledgeable and helpful in getting us set up. On their recommendation we are loving our new Bosch unit. Whenever I need appliances I’ll check in with Phoenix first.
Wow, awesome service! After spending a day shopping for a new fridge and no one having anything in stock, I went to Phoenix Appliances in Chilliwack. I told the super friendly owner (Harm I believe) that I was looking to replace my 4 years old Frigidaire fridge that stopped cooling, he suggested I fix it instead of spending thousands on a new one, he had the exact part I needed, sold it to me for a great price and even told me to bring the part back for a refund if it didn't fix the issue. After I installed the part, my fridge worked as new! I totally recommend Phoenix.
