In January I started having issues with my knee. Walking any distance, squatting, even sitting on my heels wasn’t easy. I started working with Patrick in April, at my 1st session he listened intently to what was bothering me and was very thorough with the appropriate questions about my issue.
I saw him once every 2weeks at the beginning with exercises/stretching to do at home in between. I knew we had an active trip planned mid June, I asked to see him once a week for the month prior hoping I would be close to 100%.
We just got home from 8 days in Whistler where everyday we were up at 8am walking 4-5 miles then came back to the condo to change and go mountain biking which included a lot of climbing. I am so happy to say I had no issues with my knee!
