This company sent me an aggregated bill from last year with three copayments listed, claiming it was their last attempt to reach me before sending me to collections. I am very diligent with my bills and checking my mail regularly, I know for a fact that I have received no prior communication from them. When I called to address the issue, their representative insisted they had sent five bills before this one. Upon my request to speak to a supervisor, the representative hung up on me and blocked further calls from my phone. (I discovered that I could only reach their customer service by dialing *67 as a prefix, suggesting intentional avoidance of customer inquiries.)
It's extremely disappointing to encounter such poor customer service and communication practices especially in relation to such a sensitive subject.
