He is SO rude! He was rude when I called, rude when I came in with my girl, I will not come back and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!!! Awful!!!!!!! And to my 7 year old daughter as well

Although I could swear I got my glasses done here, I think I goofed when I called to get my prescription! The gentleman that answered the phone was so kind and understanding! Great customer service even though I was not a current customer!

Went to get repairs done on child's glasses the guy was a complete ass and scolded my child for breaking glasses this is not ok behavior going to have them fixed and most likely never go back. A year later I called to see if new glasses came in and they checked then said no and hung up very rude
