After months of frustration with another billing service that promised results but consistently ignored me, PRG has been a breath of fresh air. We switched to PRGMD in March of 2024 as we were having trouble getting claims paid with our prior 3 billing companies. It's been 6 months and PRG is able to get all claims paid! The increase in the revenue stream based on their success rate has been unbelievable! The job that our billing team has done has been tremendous when looking at our past 3 billing companies and all of the issues we had prior to switching. Larry Addison, Ben White, Ismat Ullah, Usman Ali, Alvin Zale, and Roldan Adams have been incredible to work with! We have had so much success with the PRG billing team, we also hired them to take over the credentialing for our Providers! Our hospitalist group recently changed billing companies and has been working with PRG for a few months now. They have been very attentive and are great at keeping our office up to speed. Haris and Alex have really gone the extra mile to address any issue we may have.
