Ashley is terrific. Over the years, I’ve had recurring problems with balance and dizziness due to vestibular issues. I’ve seen therapists before but none were able to help much. Ashley was different. She came highly recommended by my otolaryngologist, listened carefully to my descriptions, and had a seemingly endless set of different exercises I could work on (I get bored easily). She kept me confident of the outcome and motivated despite my impatience. She’s made huge difference in my life, enabling me to avoid falls that had become common, and even after major surgery at 70, get back to riding bikes and rock climbing! (Oh, and she’s got a great sense of humor.) Thanks Ashley!

She is so competent and knowledgeable and made a difference for me in our first visit. She gave me an after visit summary more complete than I have had before from any Dr. or PT. I highly recommend her. She is easy to work with--takes ins. and c. cards and visits your home if in Puyallup or east of there. Although she came to me in Spanaway for first visit. We will meet at a friends house in Puyallup next time.
