Honestly, I have never had a worse customer experience than the one I had at Pick up Stix Calabasas. I ordered delivery on the Pick Up Stix app. My food was never delivered. I called and told the store my food never arrived and I would like a replacement order sent out. I was told by the person who answered the phone that Pick Up Stix doesn't do delivery. I was super confused because I order delivery from the pick up stix app at least once a week if not more. We argued for a few minutes about whether you can order delivery on the app or not until I got so frustrated that I asked for my money back. The phone was then handed to a manager who told me they couldn't find my order and he also told me they don't deliver. I am so angry. I have never been treated like this. I have spent so much money here over the years, this makes me sick.
I'm editing my review to add that the response below is a total joke. The problem didn't have anything to do with them not telling me delivery is done with a third party app. The problem was being told that I didn't place a delivery order through the Pick Up Stix app even though I did and was charged by Pick Up Stix, not a third party app. It's 2pm the next day and I still don't have my money back even after going to the store last night. I was told a manager would reach out to me from the store this morning about a refund but I have not heard anything from them.
