I went in for a complementary consultation and experienced amazing service. the assistant doing my photos and x-rays explained everything happening and prioritized my comfort. I don’t like not knowing what’s happening especially when it’s a very intimate invasive ordeal. Their staff and orthodontist explained everything they were seeing and courses of action in addition to being transparent in the financials. I was given the opportunity to start treatment same day, although I needed time. They graciously accommodated and I was given time to decide on whether I would proceed with treatment. While they took time explaining, everything was punctual, no time felt wasted. Although I still haven’t decided on my course of action, the impression made was unforgettable. They are such an accommodating and timely establishment.

The doctors and staff are so kind and welcoming. My first time going to an orthodontist and I loved it. Can’t wait to go back and see them all again!
They are honest and open about all the costs and steps in the treatment plan too, so I definitely appreciate their transparency. Would 10/10 recommend this office.

The most amazing, nice people I have ever met and interacted with! The ladies at the reception, Katty, Ammy they made me feel welcomed! Everyone took their time to explain everything to me, made sure I understand everything, asked for my opinion on every step. Dr. Pickard was so amazing! Definitely recommend Picard Orthodontics any day!
