Damaged clothes terrible of customer service. If these things are important to you in relation to your dry cleaning then you’ve come to the right place! They somehow managed to destroy the buttons on a Burberry shirt. I’m not happy about it but things happen. What’s upsetting is that instead of apologizing, refunding the cleaning, or even offering to replace the buttons they repeatedly tried to get me to get the buttons replaced on my own. I even brought two more items for them to clean both worth $500 each in good faith that they were going to fix my shirt. Their advice was to go to the Burberry store myself and see if they can help me?? I then asked the guy to give me my clothes back because I’m taking my business elsewhere and instead I received attitude and he went and processed the items I asked back and sent me on my way. I was running late didn’t care to argue.

Always great experiences with pico cleaners! Professional, professional with class! You can obtain a box for your shirts or on the hanger! Love it! I live in big bear, so I can’t always travel to pc when I want to, that’s my only gripe! Cheers!

This will sound like a FedEx commercial but I absolutely, positively needed a suit dry cleaned overnight and pico cleaners delivered!
