I just had to make a call to correct an online order error that was really pissing me off. The guy handling it was very helpful and nice even though I was probably a bit surly. Anyway I thought the the customer service he (forgot his name) provided was great. The people I spoke with before when asking questions about potential purchases were also very nice and informative. :)

Greeted nicely by their sales team. Shelves are full of home decors from old barn style to contemporary look. Items are well displyed. Parking is available. Just be careful; you may break something.

Pier 1 in Hollywood is closing in April! Right now they have beautiful items still and on sale for 10% off. Not much of discount. I am going in end of March or right before they close, maybe there will be better discounts. Do note: if you purchase items from Pier 1 stores that are closing, no returns, all sales are final, just a FYI.
