Mostly incompetent. Never Available. Don’t do their jobs. Don’t trust them with personal information, all my personal information was stolen when they got hacked. They didn’t respond to emails. Just awful.

Can’t get a hold of anybody whether it be on the phone, though email or by attending the “zoom room”. It’s literally the third week of classes and still can’t contact them to figure out my next steps DO NOT GO TO PIERCE this financial aid department makes it impossible for students to get this process done. If I could rate a zero I would I’m so disappointed in this department. Pierce as a school is alright but this financial aid department needs a revamp they are the most unreliable service I have ever seen.
