These people are horrible. They don't take phone payments, their antiquated website won't load on 80% of the computers and phones I try it on and if you CAN get through on there then they charge a $3.50 "convenience fee" for paying online. If there was anyone else to go through I'm sure we all would. This is 2014 and you're telling me that it costs you $3.50 to process my payment through the internet? Because I'm pretty sure I could set up a PayPal and do it for about $1.00, which would be PayPal's 1% of my typical bill.
I feel like they're forcing you to utilize the mail, which again, is ridiculous in 2014. I go to school online, I do most of my shopping online, I travel for work frequently and I don't want to rely on US mail to pay bills. Typically, I'm against the privatization of public utilities but it could only improve the efficiency and customer service of this place.
