I'm glad I went here to service my car. I've taken it in for a few things over the years, but just recently I took it in for a transmission issue that seemed straightforward initially but slowly became complex. Brandon and Chad were both really helpful and had a great attitude, and despite the problem being really challenging to diagnose, I felt like they were on my side. My car must have been in their shop over 5 weeks between two rounds of service (the time between visits my car was in another shop, whole ordeal lasted about 2 months) and not only were they willing to explain everything they were doing in great detail, they also took the time to explain the steps that the service manual highlighted and kept an open mind when I made suggestions. Not only that, but they really empathized with me that the car was giving me trouble, and because of that they held back on a lot of labor hours they could have charged me for. Really, if I could add on another star I would.
Chad at Pierson Automotive is such an honest, reasonable guy. Highly recommend this business. I was referred by a friend who's taken her cars to him for years. Now me and my best friend are loyal customers!!
