I purchased a GroupOn coupon since my furnace needed its annual maintenance and it seemed like a good deal and they serviced the Bothell Kirkland area and they had decent reviews. Well, the 1st appointment needed to be rescheduled due to the snow which was understandable. Jeff was able to fit me into his schedule and I was able to work from home that day. Jeff came 5 minutes early and promptly started doing the maintenance work on my furnace. He even had the right filter. All in all, it was great. I got the service for less than $50 and that included the filter and he was very forthright with me about the need to get duct cleaning. He didn't try to high pressure me. I thought he was fair and very knowledgeable.

Great company to deal with! They were able to get me on schedule the fastest and fix my hvac system very quickly.glad i didn'tgo with any other company. The price was reasonable to repair my hvac system and I wouldn't go with any other company in the future. Jeff is the service repairman that came out to my house and he did a great job! House is finally cooled down and the house will be nice and warm in the upcoming fall and winter season.

Pilchuck Heating did an amazing job replacing our furnace and adding a cooling system to our home. We had a little bit of a difficult configuration, the way our house was built and they did an amazing job getting it done right. Their work looks beautiful, they are timely, knowledgeable and their pricing is fair. They are great folks to have working in your home as they are clean, respectful and trustworthy. Highly recommend!!
