I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Eric and his team. They really do look at a house as a living breathing entity. They created a full picture and virtual tour of my future home complete with 150 notes and advice on each thing they found. I now have a room by room and exterior list of areas for improvement and an explanation as to causes and effects. Truly a must have for seller, buyer, or home owner. This service will pay for itself multiple times over and already has less than a week after inspection. The service also comes with lifetime consultation on repairs and home upgrades in addition to appliance support thru their appliance portal. Great for estimating future maintenance and repairs. Repairs are mostly predictable after a detailed inspection and I'm glad they did such. The virtual model, floor plan, appliance support, and consultation of repairs is truly a great foundation for any home maintenance plan. You do have a home maintenance and repair plan right?
