Justin is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and reliable. He explained every aspect of home systems and what impacts them in a comprehensible manner and provided a list of recommended contractors to remediate any issues. Justin’s inspection and report was very thorough, detailed, and informative. We valued his expertise and recommendations. It is evident when speaking to Justin that he takes pride in his job. The home he inspected was a renovated home built in the 1930/1940s. You always have to take caution buying any home especially an older one. He took his time inspecting the home and he ensured that our concerns were inspected. He was timely, followed up with us and our realtor, and was very professional. The whole experience made us feel more comfortable and confident during the process of buying a house. Hands down I would recommend Justin and his team to anyone and would definitely use them for any future needs.
