I am so thankful for the team of pillow, I had left behind some items that I needed and the team worked with me so that I could retrieve my items asap. I could not thank them enough so I thought I'd leave them the review they deserve. Thank you pillow team, cant wait to be your guest again 😘

I had the opposite experience with pillow from the other reviews here. I went overseas for three months and during that time Pillow managed my airbnb listing. During that time, my ratings went down, problems (like a door sticking due to heavy rain) were totally mismanaged to the point of losing over 1,000 of income. I was doing most of the troubleshooting from australia since pillow’s attempts were so inept. A customer had problems with the door and was on hold for so long to pillow after an all night flight that they got frustrated and booked into a hotel. When I came back from Australia, the house was very dirty, the shower curtain filthy, dust built up on all the window sills, etc. Also, they lost the keys I gave them on the on boarding meeting and then charged me $35.00 to replace those keys(??!?). Which means a set of keys to my house are floating around somewhere. They said that the employee who has the keys no longer works for pillow, is that supposed to make me feel better? Most of the time when I call to address an issue, I am put on hold for a long time, then they say they have ‘escalated the issue’ and will get back to me within one business day. I’ve never yet had a call back, but i do always get an immediate email saying ‘your request has been solved, not true? click here’. When the problem hasn’t been solved. Then a request for a review for the person who hasn’t solved the problem. It’s so frustrating! I’m on hold to pillow as I write this. I guess I’m glad that others have had a good experience. I’m surprised that I’m the only one writing in since my experiences have been so uniformly bad, that it seems like it is a totally different company. Anyway, yes the people you get on the other end of the line are usually kind friendly people, but not people who can solve issues, and it seems they are just looking for a good review. Sigh.
