Couple years ago (9/2021) we hired Pilot Plumbing for both a waterline repair as well as a water heater replacement.
We were very happy how everything took place -from scheduling to getting us various bid options as well as getting the actual work done .
While we replaced our old water heater we also considered to install a whole house water filtration system. We decided to invest in the system as it is said to work as a conditioner for the hard water and removes any chlorine making our appliances, and especially our water heater last longer.
2 years later we decided to do a service call to check on filters as well as the water heater. We were able to schedule an appointment with Sophie,who answered promptly,and got us scheduled the same week. Andrey ,our technician , was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with the initial purchase and upgrade ,as well as the follow up from Pilot Plumbing.

My hot water heater randomly gave out, water all over the garage and after watching a bunch of YouTube videos, I was prepared for the worst. Sure enough, my entire water heater needed to be replaced after it's 20 year life.
When I called, the professional on the phone was exceptionally professional and helped me get scheduled quickly and easily - they were able to visit the next day, so I was thrilled. They sent photos of the technicians and updates for my scheduling window and when they were on their way.
Judah showed up first, he let me know the tank was shot. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, gave me an overview of all my options, and helped me make the best decision for my situation and budget. He let me know everything could be replaced same-day, and a team could be on-site within hours.
Reed, Carlos, and Cal helped with the replacement. All very professional, they were very quick and made the installation process easy. They even made sure to get all the air out of the pipes after they finished and left the area better than they found it.
