Keith was exceptionally good. He arrived at the start of the two-hour time frame, which helped me with other commitments, and he listened carefully to my concern about a new mice location in the kitchen. He went above and beyond in checking out the concern area, which turned out to be dead beetles and Balsamic Vinegar spills instead of mice poop. He was thorough about the usual areas and even detected evidence of a new eating area and set in extra bait to avoid any future troubles. He was thorough in explaining details.
