don't know why I even bother to go to either of these shops. I never get asked if I can be helped or am I finding everything ok. made a special trip to get some yoga pants. would be nice to know which pair are on special. never go again

Wow this crew needs to step their game up. I stood around for 45 mins watching my gf try to do an even exchange bought just a few days ago. The girl helping her was new and therefore the delay was totally understandable. What wasn't was the two experienced employees on either side of her who short answered the new girls questions and continued helping more and more customers. This led to a totally unnecessary and frankly unacceptable amount of confusion and wait time. If one of the experienced ladies had simply stepped over to help the new girl out it would have been a 5 second process.
