I stood in line to return something for almost 30 minutes with a huge line and only two people working the counter, who worked oh so slowly. All while I watched 2 other employees just standing and talking to each other. It’s not even the holidays and it was a horrible mess

The manager was very rude. My daughter works at bath and bodyworks and she wanted to use her employee discount. Manager said we couldnt so we tried it online right infront of the mamager and discount went through. She still declined the discount. Very annoyed and confused since discount worked online. Never coming to this VS again. The other girls were very kind and wanted to help but the manager was very, very rude.

They have more sale this season especially the lotion and the body mist.
The store is always organized and neat.
The employees are helpful and friendly too.
