The industry of background checks is filled with less than reputable companies that sell you packages which are not as comprehensive as they would have you believe. The team at Pinnacle really gets to know you and your companies needs and crafts searches that fit your needs and budget. I have talked to many other background investigation firms over the years and to date, none have been able to match the quality of search that Pinnacle does. Horrendous experience. They did a background check on me for an outage at a nuclear power plant, and it took them 10 days to process my background check. They called all of my references no fewer than 4 times each and never answered returned phone calls. I have had a background check done on me by this exact company 7 times previous to this (all for the same purpose) and each time has been a hassle. You’ll never talk to the same person twice, nobody knows your folder, and they can’t get their information organized because your folder keeps switching hands.

Terrible company to work with. I got hired back in August 2018, and I was in the training. After two days of training, they let half of our trainees go home saying that they hired more than what they actually needed in case someone may quit. I was angry at how unprofessional they were. The next day, they called me to see if I am interested in working with them again and try to have me back because someone else already has quit that day. I turned it down. Organization truly sucks.
For the record, I have a BA and AS degree along with military background and bilingual language proficiency. I was one of them to let go.
