Pinnacle Pest Control is awesome! I initially submitted an estimate inquiry online and received a call back the next business day. The gentleman I spoke with explained the service and cost in great detail, and scheduled a technician to come out only a few days later. Christian was my technician and he was fantastic! I wasn't home at the time but he gave me a call and was able to answer all my questions and concerns regarding the pest issues I was having. The speed, service, and professionalism of everyone involved is impressive and I look forward to continuing our pest services with Pinnacle.
I had the 5 step program for pests. The techs were friendly and knowledgeable. The problem with my situation was they couldn’t assign one tech to the job so 4 different techs came to my home. Most wore booties on their shoes which was nice. Some seemed rushed when they were here. Would give higher review but they damaged my attic entrance and left it messy. I would’ve liked to see more care and respect towards my home when I am paying hundreds of dollars for professionals to come do the job. Makes me wonder how detailed they were. I would’ve been more happy if I dealt with one technician but having multiple different people come out I can see how the techs could get careless. I understand it’s because of my location but still, I hoped for better. Fixed one problem, but left me with a new one.
Update they came and painted over the damage and replaced the attic entrance.
