Customer service the way it should be done. It is so nice to work with an appliance specific store where the people that work there want to help you instead of telling you to look online, or have you stand there as they look online.

Elsherie helped us figure out our options based on specific (and frustrating)needs and provided multiple solutions to best suit our limited configuration. She was patient and provided us with suggestions without ever being pushy about sales.
