We have been doing business with Pipelining supply for over 16 years. John and Linda actually came to Washington state to train us to to our first liner with the maxliner system. Great folks. John was always there-anytime we needed him. Now they have been purchased by a corporation and the service has gone downhill. They let go the people that we have been working with for years-who really knew what they were talking about and the customer base-by name. Service has gone downhill. Tried to order product the 18 of December-they were moving-so no product being sent out. No warning at all. Just an e-mail saying they were moving to a new location. Ruined our last 2 weeks of the year. It feels like they really don't know the product lines well. Corporation much more focused on themselves than their customers. Product no longer available in drums, but only in packages 5 times the size and price, or just pails. Great for them-not for their customers. It's like they don't think they have any competition.

These guys are amazing. Cisco was extremely helpful and took the time to educate me on some things. I first came to them after buying from one of their competitors ( who treated me like dirt because I wasn’t spending $10,000 on products.) Pipe Lining Supply took the time walked me through a bunch of options. Gave me discounts where they could and were personable and a pleasure to deal with. They will be my only supplier from now on. I look forward to doing all my drain cleaning and lining “hopefully in the near future” business with them. They even put on free lining classes. Skip the feeling like your bothering the guys at permaliner and go straight to see Cisco at Pipe Lining Supply.
