Do not buy from Pirch. From selling me the wrong shower system to holding my refund for months, it has been a supreme headache and nightmare. When purchasing the faucets and bathroom fixtures, all was great. After that, it was nothing but problems. Because my salesperson sold me the wrong shower system, we had to drill another hole into our newly installed slab as well as cut open the drywall to access the pipes. Then there were supply issues with the shower trim replacements. To make matters more frustrating, Waterworks kept sending the hardware to our old address and we had to knock on the door to retrieve the items. Pirch put the blame squarely on Waterworks and said they gave them my new address. Pirch has also not refunded me nearly $2000. The only follow through has come from the Costa Mesa store manager. He has worked with me to fix the shower issue and promised reimbursement, I will follow up with the BBB if payment isn't received.

Angry as HELL!!!
I spent $11,347 on a Wine Fridge & Ice Maker and waited several weeks for to arrive as expected. Then it all arrived and was I told it was ready for delivery, but I needed some time to get the cabinets built and they said they could hold it until September but no longer. On August 24th I emailed Tori Hall that I was ready to take delivery and I received an email that the items I purchased were missed shipped "Sold to someone else". These are my items that I PAID for and I want them now and not in three weeks.
This is on you PIRCH, get them expedited and delivered as Promised.

We built a custom home and our builder ,Hilton Builders, spent hundreds of thousands on high end kitchen, barbecue & bathroom appliances. We have had nothing but problems and working with their warranty department to get things fixed is very difficult.
