They are horrible. Most of their plan set was copy paste of generic details. They did not review the engineers drawings for completeness. Cost my clients hundreds of thousands of dollars. Even their demo plan was wrong because they didn’t read or coordinate the structural plans. There are dozens of errors on our plans. They won’t respond with a straight answer which takes them over a week anyways. Stay away!

Completed an ADU project with Pirona Design group. They were efficient, knowledgeable with city codes, and responsive. Highly recommend this architecture group.
