Honestly was disappointed. Normally small town pizza places have some really great food. Not here. I ordered the combo calzone and the main flavor present was... Watery... It was really soggy and the crust had no flavor. Plus the plastic utensils available barely pass as functional eating tools. At least it wasn't too expensive. My favorite part of the decor was the ceiling fans that had their fan blades taken off and half of their bulbs burnt out. Not really worth the visit imo

The bread sticks were a little doughy, but the staff are always incredible, super clean restaurant and the pizza is awesome! I always order to go but it's a nice little place with some games for kids and a salad bar. The parking is really good and easy to get in and out of. The ranch is made in house and they are famous for it, everyone orders extra. I'd you dine in it looks like they have beer and wine as well. Have not had desserts yet, will have to try them sometimes x.

This all started by me placing an online order for delivery. Website let order go through. I was suspicious while placing my order because it did not request delivery address so I called this particular franchise in San Andreas California. I was told oh we don't do deliveries. So then I decided to go pick up my order ticket number 42 date 1/10/2024 and was then told I wasn't charged enough. Then since I don't live in the area and I'm staying in a hotel room!I get back and figure out they didn't provide me any napkins or utensils so I can eat my food. What am I supposed to eat my salad with my hands! Very poor experience and service! I travel to this area at least once a month and I definitely won't be eating at this establishment ever again. Staff needs to be trained properly on how to represent this particular company! If anybody gives a response I would prefer it be by the corporate office of Pizza factory and not the local manager of the store. Thank you! Mike
