I order Pizza Hut maybe once or twice a year. So I guess they’re using DoorDash now when they don’t have enough drivers. Everything was fine food wise except they forgot the marinara sauce with the cheese sticks. Pizza was also sorta cold and it’s a 4 mile drive? If you eat these, you know they need the sauce! That’s literally what I paid for. The coupon I used was for delivery only. I called the store to try to get them to bring me the sauce but was told they could give it to me for free on my next order. So that’s not helpful at all. I was also offered to come pick it up. The whole purpose was delivery, so that’s not logical at all. It’s also not right that I have to eat these dry cheese sticks because someone made a mistake. Should have stuck with my other pizza place, won’t order again from here.
Decided to give them one more try. This time carey out. Couldn’t complete my order and once it finally did complete, the pizza was wrong. Garlic cheesy breadsticks very dry. Full of regrets - never again.
