I ordered a pizza online at 7pm with an estimate of 25 min; got there at 7:20pm and was told it would be ready in 20 min, and that was fine. But we waited until 8, and finally someone asked us what we were waiting for; I said my name and were told "oh it's been ready for a while"... umm? 😑 not even an "our bad". major oversight in my opinion. edit: at least the pizza looks tasty (and updating after eating it, the cloves of garlic were quite tasty on the Big Sur pizza). also the place seemed bustling and fun. changed from 2 to 3 stars since the pizza was good, but still unhappy about unnecessary waiting and staff dropping the ball with updating me.
