It's great to meet a true professional in any industry and John Pizzagoni is just that. I had to have my 2015 Tacoma towed to Concord Toyota for service. He showed up 30 minutes before I expected him to be. His truck inside and out was immaculate. I just want to say that I'd recommended this company to anyone needing their service. I can see why they've been in business since 1965. Thank you John for a great experience.

I needed a tow very quickly because Winter Honda Service department was about to close within an hour, I called and explained my situation to Ken at the dispatch and he re-routed a truck to me within 30mins. I was saved by the bell and able to get my car fixed before Monday. I will recommend them to friends and family.
