We hired Cosimo for architectural drawings and design services for our medical office in Beverly Hills. Everything started well. Cosimo was initially very ambitious and communicated well. It all changed once we were in final design stages. We wanted to make minor design changes to fit our functional needs. Cosimo suddenly started acting unprofessional, childish, lashing out, taking everything personal and flat out said he is beyond offended that we disrespected his drawings. Bluntly said, he started acting like a small child who couldn’t distinguish between constructive criticism and disrespect. We were completely stunned by his eruption and behavior. Please note that we payed a premium fee in full so all additional changes are billed extra (premium) so he had no reason to mad because he was getting additional payment. His ego was hurt and this man has an ego bigger than any project he has ever done. But this is not all. There is more. He started ghosting us and not getting back to us in timely manner. This was creating major delays with bidding and city permits. He was supposed to be on top of the permit applications as well but he abandoned that part of the job too. Acting like this during the Covid-19 time put an immense pressure and stress on us and our project. To summarize it all: Cosimo doesn’t care about what customer wants. Cosimo cares only about what Cosimo wants. He’s a greedy man child with erratic temper and a delusional perception of the reality. Cosimo has this idea that the world revolves around him and his drawings. He doesn’t listen, he doesn’t care about you, your ideas, wishes nor does Cosimo respect your time and your money. Don’t be fooled by all the fancy designs he has done. It’s pure luck due to referrals in Beverly Hills and contractors have always to fix things that he messes up in his drawings. He has made multiple drawing errors that have now added additional expenses since our amazing contractors had to find last minute solutions. We strongly suggest that you are very cautious if considering hiring Cosimo. Save yourself dignity, nerves, time, and money. Go with someone else who knows how to draw and how to treat people.
