Let's face it. Dealing with any state, county or city municipality isn't your most glorious hour. This is one of the best county experiences I have had. I have very small wait times and the lovely receptionist who always seems to be there when I am there is bubbly and knowledgeable. It helps big time to have enthusiasm of such, as it tends to rub off on the people visiting this department. All the clerks I have spoken to thus far have been excellent, patient and very explanative. Keep it up Placer!
