Downgraded my membership and the staff didn't let me know I was supposed to roll my account information over and/or add my checking account info again, so I ended up being charged a late fee even though I have a card on file. Prior to September, and me downgraded my membership, I never had an issues with payment. And instead of offering some type of assistance, Pamela, the manager told me that it was my fault because I didn't check the app. Horrible customer service. And how is this a big corporation but unable to speak with anyone.

Not the best equipment nor great condition. I also advocate for hiring mentally challenged people but, they have to make sure that the staff understands when a costumer wants to cancel membership they actually have to close the account. I came in to cancel my membership due a medical operation and a staff member “assisted” me and told me account will be ending at last bill cycle which it didn’t for a few months. Luckily I caught it before it became a real problem because they can’t refund even though that was on them and I haven’t been there since.

The customer service was bad. I called them, and they ended up hanging up on me.
