Had my wallet stolen from me. Caught in camera. So I went about it the correct way told staff . They don't care. The guy still goes to the gym. Shame they allow people like that. Doesn't make you feel very safe.

Its 90 degrees in the gym and the front desk staff has the heat cranked up. Asked several times for them to turn it down or off but the never do. I shouldnt be sweating before more work out even starts. If your cold maybe you should put down your phone at the front desk and get moving doing some work. We always know its going to be a hot one when the super skinny girl is working the counter.

This employees are always providing great service all around. However, there's one minor detail I should address in this review: the homelessness within its area. I've been here twice, in 2018 and 2024, and was given a great experience both times. Maybe I'll give this location another shot in the future.
