I have been coming to the Summit View Planet Fitness for a few months now and have noticed how well this location is cared for. Uriel and his team have been extremely supportive and helpful in my journey to better health. I appreciate the attention to detail they give not only keeping the gym clean but also the way they maintain the equipment.

The general manager can benefit from better training on the basic essentials of customer service and how to talk to people appropriately, considering this is a very customer focused job afterall! I like planet fitness because of the convenience to locations as I travel across the US , this is not an equinox or boutique gym…. PF is supposed to be a little more hospitable and laid back under a lot of considerations 🤷♂️ I’m a little appalled that a general manager does not have a business card or a direct supervisor.
