Was very rude to me and had no empathy for the fact that I didn't have enough money to pay for my appointment and offered no other help or payment plan other than rescheduling me for another day 2 weeks away from my initial appointment. I cried in the parking lot for 20 minutes. Thanks planned parenthood. To the woman that was being a beotch to me I hope ur treated with the same amount of kindness(or lack there of) that you treated me.

No sense of urgency, Staff are not in sync , someone promised to forward my ultrasound result to an OB who will perform my surgery after we have discussed about my tumor but after I week I found out they did not forward and even said it hasn’t been reviewed - so I told her we already discussed the measurement and all that but insisted there were no notes
