I had an appointment and I waited 3 hours to be called in! I saw people get there an hour after me and they still got called in first! And the girls up front would get annoyed if I asked how much longer and gave me an attitude. The doctor was very nice and the nurse but the wait was seriously ridiculous!

When it’s supposed to be affordable care but you have to jump through hoops to try and get that care, they won’t tell you the prices over the phone or on the website only to tell you the price in person no problem, while making you sign up for a program to get the discount. You’re already supposed to be a low cost service there shouldnt be additional hoops to actually get low cost services. Offered no solutions or alternative services to seek for more affordable care

They book every 10 mins, that is crazy, you can literally go in for a shot and take two hours. They will not let you check in early but if you are late cancel your appointment. They booked me for 12 then tell me when I check in sorry your doctor just went on break. Why would u book at 12 then, like plan parenthood is all about money and not patients. Everytime I come in I feel like I hate this place they make you feel that way, and they can care less about you.
