I’ve gone to this planned parenthood regularly for my depo shot, they’ve always been great! The front desk is always super kind and informative. The doctor I’ve seen has been quick and knowledgeable about any questions I may have, and makes sure I’m comfortable and happy with any services. I usually come as a walk in first thing in the morning and it only takes about an hour. Definitely recommend!

Went in for a last minute appointment and was treated very well by everyone, I think I interacted with 5 staff members in total. I wish I was better at remembering names, but the doctor and the person who took my blood were amazing. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. If I lived closer I'd go to this location more often. The wait time was average. They asked if I wanted to be weighed, instead of just doing it. Lots of asking for my consent throughout, actually. Perfect experience for a not so fun situation.

Going to planned parenthood can be nerve wrecking - especially seeing they have low reviews. I assure you, they don’t deserve those reviews. I saw Alexa at reception, who was very sweet and personable. Mel was my medical assistant and he was so informative. Chelsea was the provider I saw and she was wonderful - very warm, friendly, and able to answer any questions I had. This whole team was so great to me and I’m so grateful to have access to this kind of care and to be welcomed with such an outstanding team.
