Beware of this company. They do not comply with the terms of their contract, and hire men who have no integrity or work ethic. They also show no concern for personal property on the site.
I recently contacted the Board of our condominium because there has been a buildup of trash in our landscaping that is devaluing our property. We have a landscaping contract with Plantscapes that now contains the terms to remove trash from the landscaping, but Plantscapes still comes to the site without removing any of the trash.
And now they are actually grinding the trash up and leaving it shredded up on the lawn. I saw a large black trash bag had blown onto my back lawn. When the landscaping company arrived to edge and cut the grass, not only did they NOT pick it up, they ran it over with the lawnmower, shredding it into dozens of pieces and leaving it on the lawn in shreds!
I not only find this incredibly unprofessional, it is downright pathetic behavior. They were contacted by the management company to return to this site and pick up each of these pieces they shredded up on the lawn as soon as possible, as well as follow through with the trash removal. They still have not come back to clean it up.
Plantscapes has also been coming to the site with leaf blowers and blown over several of the items I have on my porch each time they come to the site. If they blow items over, or off the porch, they never put them back. These are all personal property and if this results in breakage or damage, I will follow up with this review as well as with their company. It is very easy to avoid damage and chaos with these tools, and this behavior simply demonstrates that they do not care about the service their clients receive.
