If you have deep pockets I am sure this business would love you to leave your truck with them...in fact just tell them to fix everything. $205 an hour to do a diagnostic $498 dollar to tell me my u-joints where bad. And another shop replaced them $600 making the whole job $1098 for removing and replacing to joints. The dealer cost for 2 joints is $246 plus tax and labor- but not labor cost at $205 dollars an hr.

I'm in oversized load pilot it had just taken a load to Enumclaw and was on my way to Ferndale to pick up another load first thing in the morning. Then my coolant reservoir got a crack in it. After calling several shops that couldn't help I got a hold of plateau. Explain my situation and they said to get it towed in they could absolutely help me. Got there right at 5:00 they assured me my truck would be in first thing in the morning one of their mechanics gave me a ride to a hotel. The next morning an hour after they opened I got a phone call explain what it happened they had the part they got the truck fixed and they even brought it to me at my hotel so I can get back on the road as soon as possible. Absolutely outstanding customer service!! Everyone there was awesome! They were a lifesaver. Only wish I'd lived closer. They would definitely be where I would take my truck to to get worked on.

Misdiagnosed my truck, wanted to do a bunch of repairs to the fuel system, had a feeling they were wrong so I took it else where and it was a simple boost leak, also stupidly referred my dad to them and he had a miserable experience and had to take his truck elsewhere to have their work fixed.
