Josiah and Duane were absolutely professional and polite, keeping me informed every step of the way and working together seamlessly. They tackled the task of cleaning the carpets in my two bedrooms, as well as the combined living/dining room, added to that were 2 carpeted hallways and a sofa. They efficiently utilized their time, taking only an hour to evaluate the situation, devise a plan, perform the cleaning, tidy up and conclude the job. Even a substantial wine stain was expertly removed. They did a fantastic job, leaving my carpets in San Francisco spotless!
